Kathy Ann Smith, age 75 of Boaz passed away Friday, January 9, 2026 at Diversicare of Boaz.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2026 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Boaz.
She is survived by her son; Stacy Kilgore, daughter; Pam Lowery (Dale) and grandchildren; Jerry Nelson Kilgore, Emily Grace Kilgore, Joshua Christian Kilgore, Monica Salers (Michael), Aubree Burgett, Easton Salers and Rachel Owen (Kyle).
She is preceded in death by her husband; Ricka Smith.
Arrangement entrusted to Boaz Carr Funeral.
