Kathryn Rose Morris, age 50 of Cowan, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2022 at her residence. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Cowan on March 15, 1971 to the late Leonard and Barbara (Chichester) Morris. Before her illness, she had been employed in quality control at Baxter Enterprises. Kathryn had the sweetest, kindest nature, and was an awesome mother to her two children. She cherished the time spent with her beloved family and especially loved to cook for them. Kathryn is survived by her loving children, Kristen Sherrill (Daniel Kronberger) and Harrison Garrison; siblings, Richard (Lorana) Morris, Barbara (Tim) Whaley, Karen Sweeton, and Gerald Morris; and grandchildren, Amber-Len Sherrill and Abby Sherrill. Visitation will be from 2-4pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, January 30, 2022 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
