Kathryn Greene Byrum, age 92 of Huntsville passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Mrs. Byrum is survived by her children George Greene (Sherri), Linda Greene Rettinger; six grandchildren Amy Greene (Lito), Leslie Shields (Pat), Joe Rettinger (Mitzi), Carsissa Reedy (Rob), Sheri Greene, and Teri Higginbotham (Shawn); eleven greatgrandchildren; two greatgreat-grandchildren and sister Willie Colson. Mrs. Byrum was preceded in death by her husbands George Greene, Sr., and Rev. Lonzie Byrum and son Michael Greene and four sisters. She was a member of Big Cove Holiness Church. Visitation is Wed., June 28, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Big Cove Holiness Church with the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. officiated by Bro. Shirley Byrum, Bro. Robert Howell, and Bro. Mark Warren. Burial will follow at Green Valley Cemetery
