Kathryn Ann Greeson, 67, of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024 at her home. She was born April 9, 1957 in Iowa to the late Kenneth Herbert Dietz and Margaret Helen Barrett Dietz.
Kathryn was an avid reader, and lover of dachshund dogs, and adored the spring time when she could plant her flowers. She spent her life living for her family, and loving her husband, children, and grandchildren beyond measure. She leaves behind a life and legacy that will be echoed for generations to come.
Funeral services are planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home in Fort Payne with Rev. Richard Pope officiating, as well as eulogies given by her family. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. hour of service.
She is survived by her husband of 23 years Glenn Greeson; children Ian Rahmatulla (Jessie), Emily Mullins, Deanne Hays (Alex), Andrea Rahmatulla Crabb (Kris), Michael Greeson (Laura), and Tony Greeson (Angie); brother Victor Dietz; 23 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughters Jessica Sumner and Terri Greeson.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
