Funeral Services for Kathleen S. Andrews, age 66 of Addison, will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2015 in the Chapel of Cullman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Addison Church of God Cemetery, with Pastor Kip Potter officiating.

Kathleen was born in Kentucky on April 10, 1949 to the late Roy & Reba Ellison Short. She passed away at her residence on Monday, July 06, 2015. Mrs. Andrews was a CNA for many years, mostly in the Birmingham area. She was a member of Daystar Church for the past 7 years; and a member of the Church of God for all of her life. Was a loving mother, sister and grandmother; and leaves behind a loving Christian legacy.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Shirley Daugherty and husband of 20 years and life partner, Thomas Edmond McCombs.
Survivors include her Daughter – Rebekah (Ronnie) Lockhart; Son – Matthew (Sarah) McCombs; 3 – Grandchildren – Blake Hunter McCombs, Drake Dashiel Lockhart & Norah Grace McCombs; 2 – Brothers – Paul (Janice) Short & Ronnie (Shannon) Short; Brother-in-Law – Glenn Daugherty.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
