Kathleen Gray Thrasher, 89, passed away on Feb. 25, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. (Bob) Thrasher, and her brother, Sandy Gray.
She is survived by a brother, J.L. Gray (Margaret); and a sister-in-law, Glenda Gray; her children, Nancy Koonsman, Florence, Jo Hamilton (Bill), Trusssville, Bonnie Alexander (Glenn), Killen, and Ned Thrasher, Sheffield; and her grandchildren, Laney Berry (Jon), Florence, Emily Lazenby (Jim), Vestavia, Billy Hamilton (Bridget), Trussville, Will Alexander, Huntsville, and Elliott Alexander, Florence.
Her great-grandchildren are Reid and Kate Lazenby and Ruby Hamilton.
Her family would like to know how much we appreciate Mitchell-Hollingsworth station six and Southern Care Hospice for all the love shown for our mother.
Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery with a graveside service on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at 3 p.m
