Katherine Woodruff Slaton

Katherine Woodruff Slaton 71, of Decatur passed away Thursday, December 12, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 11, 1948 in Memphis, Tennessee to Robert and Marjorie Woodruff. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Luther Slaton; two sons, kaleb Tutwiler Slaton and Franklin Arthur Slaton; two brothers, Robert T. Woodruff, Fredrick Doyle Woodruff; also one sister, Margaret Woodruff. A Memorial service will be held at St. Johns Episcopal Church in Decatur on Saturday, December 21, 2019 at 10:00am.
