Katherine Louisa “Kit” Coburn Martin, age 52, of Hillsboro, died Monday, January 29, 2024, at her residence. Her family may host a Celebration of Life at a later date. Parkway Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Mrs. Martin was born November 5, 1971, in Florida to Thomas Tyler Coburn and Susan Fones Dunn.
She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Jim Martin; parents, Thomas Coburn (Maria) and Susan Dunn; two brothers, Matt Coburn and Carl Bridges (Nicki); and four sisters, Anna Brown (Pete), Abby Schiera (Gerald), Julie Nelson (Ryon), and Peggy Murphy (Shawn).
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation at www.komen.org.
