Katherine Lee Hendrix, age 66, of Carbon Hill, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Brookwood Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, February 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Walker Memory Gardens. Scott McCullar will officiate.
Mrs. Hendrix was preceded in death by her Sister-Carolyn Kay Matthews Dickson; Brother-Leo Lennox Matthews, Jr.; Father-Leo L. Matthews; Mother-Jewell Matthews.
She is survived by her Husband-George E. Hendrix; Sons-Jeffrey W. Hendrix and Kenneth J. Hendrix; Sister-Teresa Matthews Black; 3 Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Spencer Powell, Luke Wright, Matthew Wright, Bill Hurst, Scotty Cook and Matt Scoles.
