Karola Ellen Stone, 90, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday.
Mrs. Stone came to the United States in 1953 from Germany. She loved Period Dramas on PBS, and had a strong love for animals. Mrs. Stone had a deep affection for dark chocolates. She was a very humorous lady and will be missed by many.
She was preceded in death by father, Johann Spies; mother, Lina Spies; husband, Theodore Stone a WWII Army Veteran.
Surviving are son, Gregory Stone of Huntsville, AL; and daughter, Patricia (Donald MacCorkle) Stone of Goffstown, NH.
A private graveside service was held Tuesday August 3rd at 11 AM.
Interment will be in the Moon Cemetery.
