Karen was born on Wednesday, October 31, 1945, in Shelby, Ohio to the late Mr. Weldon Crabaugh and Mrs. Goldie Steele Crabaugh.
She moved to Alabama in the year 1969 with her husband Ronald Gary Heydinger.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of nearly 52 years, Ronald Heydinger.
She is survived by two sisters; Janet Richards, Debra (Jim) Lavabee, two brothers; Gene (Vicki) Crabaugh, Gary (Debby) Crabaugh, plus nieces and nephews, a very special neighbor, as well as special friends Terri Couch, Larry Elders, Katherine (Larry) Burgess and Rodney Yarborough.
