Funeral service for Karen Moeller Jacobs, 54, will be Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dennis Shadix officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Corinth Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Ms. Jacobs died on Monday, May 13, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born April 9, 1959, in New Jersey to Walter Edward Moeller and Opal Jean Pope Moeller. Ms. Jacobs was formerly employed in Management for the LifeSouth Community Blood Centers. She passed away after battling and losing her fight with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents: Mother: Opal Holladay and Father: Walter Moeller, a sister: Sharon DelCorso, and Grandparents: Walter and Edna Moeller and Melvin and Lillie Pope.
Survivors include: Two Sons: Adam Overton (Amanda), Falkville, AL and Brian Overton (Christy), Falkville, AL
Two Sisters: Kim Shadix (Dennis), Falkville, AL and Lisa Moeller, Hartselle, AL
Two Grandchildren: Bryce Overton and Payton Overton
Brother-in-law: Ronald DelCorso, New Jersey
Her beloved puppy: Angel
