Karen Lindley Brannon, 70, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. Mrs. Brannon was a Gold Star child. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and a Girl Scout troup leader. Mrs. Brannon lived her life for her husband, children, grandchildren and her friends.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, James E. Brannon; children, James E. Brannon II (Lora) of Rocky Mountain, NC, Laura B. Reese (Dennis) of Clinton, MS, Erin R. Brannon of Huntsville, Ashleigh B. Johnson (Brooks) of Broadview Heights, OH, Eliabeth B. Hein (Nate) of Braidwoods, IL, and Jefferson Lindley Brannon of Houston, TX; eleven grandchildren; and sister, Anita Blanton of Jacksonville, FL.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.
