Funeral for Kandi Jo Padgett, 42, of Moulton will be Friday, May 29, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Davis officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Young Town Cemetery.
Mrs. Padgett died Friday, May 22, 2015, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born May 13, 1973, in Morgan County to Granville Lee Cagle and Dorothy Nell Blankenship Cagle. Kandi was a member of Owen Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother.
Survivors include her husband, Shawn Padgett; two sons, Zachary Padgett and Cade Padgett, both of Moulton; one daughter, Mackenzie Padgett of Moulton; her father, Granville Lee Cagle (Faye) of Athens; and two sisters, Cyndi Smith (Gary) of Russellville and Sandra McKie (Rickie) of Chapin, S.C.
