Nikol Alred passed away on December 28, 2023 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Ka’laia was born on October 1, 2023, to her loving parents Alaia Pitts and Treahonest Alred in Columbia, Tennessee.
Ka’laia was a beacon of beauty and love. She will be deeply missed by her family and all of the friends surrounding them.
Ka’laia’s memory will be remembered by her parents: Alaia and Trey; sister: Aviana M. Alred; aunts and uncles: Brody Pitts, Aaden Tomlin, Atreus Pitts, Demarcus Amos (Tybria), Treastin Alred (Shay), Lamontae Fitts, Jordan Andrews, China Stanton, Sidney Pitts, Lanasia Fitts, and Isaiah Johnson; grandparents: Jason S. Pitts, Rhonda N. Pitts, Canisha Alred, and Andrew Holder; greatgrandparents: Reda Mills, Ken Wright, Jennifer Hull, Gary S. Pitts, Pamela and Brian Perkins; and special friends: Demarcus Alred
Ka’laia is reunited with her aunt: Anastasia Bells Andrews; cousin: Ambrielle Mills; greatgrandparents: Connie Stanton, Frank and Christine Pitts, Matthew S. Mills, Donald Hay; great uncle: Fred Sparkman; and greatgreat uncle: Michael Alred.
Pallbearers will include her father, and Brody Pitts, Derrick Hay, and Treaston “Butta” Alred.
A service for Ka’laia will be on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia at 2:00 PM. The family will receive friends on January 2, 2024 from 12:00 PM to the start of the service at Williams Funeral Home. Ka’laia will be laid to rest at a family farm in Columbia, Tennessee.
