Kailin Danielle LaPorte, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025.
Kailin was a vibrant and compassionate young woman who touched the lives of everyone she met. At just 23 years old, she was a devoted mother to her beloved 4-year-old son, Aiden, who was the center of her world. Kailin was a partial owner of a modeling agency, where her passion for fashion and creativity flourished. She was also pursuing her dreams in esthetician school, driven by her love for makeup and helping others feel confident in their own skin.
Before that, Kailin worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and her favorite role was caring for residents at a nursing home. Her nurturing spirit and genuine kindness made a lasting impact on those she cared for. Kailin had an adventurous soul, loving to travel and explore new places. She was passionate about food, animals, and building meaningful connections with people.
Though her time was short, Kailin’s warmth, energy, and love continue to inspire those who knew her.
Kailin was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Elaine Heartsill; great uncle, Bobby Wyatt; grandfathers, Charles Boyd and Jimmy Gorman; grandmother, Pam Gorman.
She is survived by her precious son, Aiden Jackson (4); her mother, Misty LaPorte; her father, Daniel LaPorte, I; grandparents, Chris & Deborah Osborne; her siblings, Colton Boyd (Courtney), Daniel LaPorte II, Emily Grace Nelson, Paul-Tate LaPorte and Sadie-Belle LaPorte; grandfather, Jake LaPorte Sr.; aunts and uncles, Christy Boyd, Kelly Conner (Matt), Codey Harris, Jake LaPorte Jr., and Kim Murphy (Eric); along with numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.

A memorial service will be held at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL, on Saturday, September 6, 2025. There will be a time of visitation with family and friends before the service beginning at 1PM, followed by the service at 2PM. In celebration of Kailin’s spirit, the family invites you to wear Kailin’s favorite colors, pink or purple.
