Justin Ray Cole, age 17 of Empire, received his healing on September 26, 2022 at Children’s Hospital. He is in the loving care of his Lord and Savior.
Justin was preceded in death by his dad, Ray Cole; nanny, Brenda Tolbert; sister Kayla Burke; nana, Carolyn Pearce; poppa, Jimmy Pearce; paw-paw, Jerry Tolbert and his memaw, Ann Tolbert.
Justin is survived by his mom, Melissa S. Waid (Forrest); dad and pal, Gary Ballenger; brother Ryan Suchey (Yvonne); sister Amanda Dockins (Christopher); three nieces, one nephew; several aunts, uncles and cousins as well as his birth mother, Melissa Burke and his best friend Logan Partain.
Justin was a member of Empire Church of God and a member Boy Scout Troop 10 in Jasper. Funeral services will be held at New Horizon Memorial funeral home on Thursday, September 29, 2022. Visitation from 12-2pm, chapel service will begin at 2pm with burial following in Lawler Baptist Cemetery. Bishop Bruce LeVan will officiate.
