Jurene Smith, 86, of Ardmore, Alabama passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Elk River Health & Nursing Center of Ardmore, Tennessee.
She was born on Sunday, November 06, 1938, in Ardmore, Alabama to the late Mr. Burgess Riddle and Mrs. Francis Armstrong Smith.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and in her free time enjoyed watching western tv and movies.
She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her husband, Billy H. Smith.
She is survived by her two sons; Bruce Smith and Joe Smith, one daughter, Susan (Jeff) Allen, three grandchildren; Matt Allen, Grace Smith, Kaylie Smith, as well as two great-grandchildren; Peyton Allen and Tristen Allen.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, AL, beginning at 11:00 AM with Bro. Allen Hughes officiating the service.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
