Julie Fay Whitman, age 78, Haleyville, AL. passed away Monday December 31, 2018 at her home. She was a retired Seamstress and a member of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Haleyville, AL.
Her visitation will be Thursday January 3, 2019 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, with her funeral at 1:00 PM in the chapel. Bro. C.R. Hood and Bro. James Williams officiating. Burial will be in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy D. Whitman; children, Connie Adair, Cozette (Larry) Pickens and Keith (Kathy) Whitman; sister, Charlcie Price; brother, Grady Smith; grandchildren, Scott Adair, Whitley (Brandon) Fowler, Kayla Whitman and Jake Pickens; great grandchildren, Leeah Adair and Landon Fowler.
She was preceded in death by parents, Henry and Elsie Beck Smith; son in law, Pete Adair.
