Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Mae Wallace, age 90, are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Palestine Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Interment will follow in Palestine Cemetery. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Wallace passed away early Tuesday in Lexington. She was born December 13, 1924 in Decatur County to the late Herbert and Julia Venice Britt McClure. She was a retired factory worker, a member of Palestine Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and loved needle point and quilting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Linell Wallace and one sister, Lorene White. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Dodds (Steve); her son, Danny Wallace (Dorothy); five grandchildren, Donald Wallace (Wanda), Laurie Mann (Rob), Teresa Horton, Ricky Wallace (Jackie) and Cole Dodds (Leigh); twelve great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
