Judy Wilbanks Carter, age 65 of Huntsville passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019.
She is survived by her husband Anthony Carter; children Tammy Clark Moore and Ciara Carter; brothers Roy Wilcox, Jimmy Wilcox and Eddie Wilcox; grandchildren Ineke Moore, Joseph Moore and Shane Carter.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019, 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home.
