Judy Parish Spiva Carney, 77 of Huntsville, AL passed away at her home on Thursday, October 14, 2021. She is preceded in death by her first husband, LT COL Robert Spiva; parents, Arthur E. Harvey Jr and Mae Parish Harvey.
