Judy Mae Turner, age 89 of Athens, AL passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Turner was born on October 19, 1927 in Nashville, TN to Laroy and Mary Sturdivant Bishop.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Piper.
Mrs. Turner is survived by her husband, Paul Turner of Athens, AL; daughter, Beverly Stovall (Kenneth) of Athens, AL; son, Dwight Turner of Houston, TX; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Mrs. Turner was a member of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church and formerly a member of Greenbrier Baptist Church.
Services for Mrs. Turner will be Friday, March 31, 2017 at 2:00PM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Rex Tucker and Dusty McLemore officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:45. Burial will take place in Limestone Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Brian Usery, Michael Piper, Scott Piper, Christopher Nave, Matthew Nave, and Kenny Stovall.
