Judy Gail Carr, also known as Skeeter, was 73 when she passed away on January 6, 2021. Born on June 3, 1946 to Oscar and Verbie (Lay) Carr, Judy loved life to the fullest. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who loved her family with all of her heart.
Judy enjoyed Alabama football, putting together puzzles, and playing cards. Most importantly, her love for her savior, Jesus, was immeasurable. Whenever asked how she was doing, she would always respond with a cheerful “blessed”.
She is survived by her son, Mark (Lena) Levan, her four grandchildren, Trinity (Nick) Tollison, Shanna (Adam) Burchett, Dustin Eiland, and Ginger Levan, her two great grandchildren, Lena “Josie” Burchett, and Jayden “JJ” Eiland, two brothers Jimmy (Bonnie) Carr, and Donnie (Angie) Carr, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Verbie Carr, and three brothers, Gary Carr, Kenneth Carr, and Edwin Carr.
