Funeral service for Judy Darlene Muzzey Cook, 68, will be Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Dobbs and Bro. Jim Smith officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Center Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Cook died on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. She was born February 22, 1947, in Morgan County to Carl Sherrill Muzzey and Hilda Prue Stringer Muzzey.
She was a member of Oak Forest Baptist Church and was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother; Dwight Muzzey.
Survivors include: her Husband: Johnny Cook, Somerville, AL Three Sons: Mark Taylor, Somerville, AL, Dean Taylor (Robin), Somerville, AL and Paul Taylor, (Gretchen), Somerville, AL. One Daughter: Brandy Taylor Cartee (Rob), Priceville, AL Two Brothers: Jeff Muzzey, Laceys Spring, AL and Danny Paul Muzzey, Somerville, AL Three Sisters: Fay Treakle, Somerville, AL, Kay Sharp, Somerville, AL and Nora Sue Manley, Athens, AL Seven Grandchildren: Kourtney, Joseph, Cord, Brooklyn, Aaron, Mason and McKinley. One Great Grandchild: Shelton
