Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Ms. Judy Carol James, age 72 of Winchester. Ms. James passed from this life on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Elk River Health and Rehab. She was born on December 14, 1948 in Franklin County, Tennessee to the late John and Dimple Daniel. She is survived by her loving children, Kimberly Harrell of Winchester and Tommy Joe Hall of Estill Springs; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was of the Christian faith and a devoted servant of God. She enjoyed being outdoors in the sun and working in her garden with flowers. She attended and graduated from Franklin County High School. Per her request, she will be cremated. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date
