Judith Gail Mullins Ward of Center Point, AL. passed away April 18, 2014 after am extended illness. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Phil Campbell, AL. She was born May 20, 1946, she attended Phil Campbell High School and was a cosmetologist for 50 years.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday April 21, 2014 at 11:00AM at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Phil Campbell, AL., with Bro. Bobby Poss officiating.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nada Herring Mullins and Pal Mullins, Jr.; sister, Jane Seay; grandson, Jacob Ervin.

She is survived by special friend, James Birmingham of Center Point; four children, sons, Courtney (Paula) Ervin of Pinson, AL., Jeff Poore of Birmingham, AL., Hank (Tammy) Ervin of Gardendale, AL.;, daughter, Paula (Mario) Terenzio of Denver, CO.; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister, Patricia Fleming of Phil Campbell, AL.; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends and family.
