Judith Ann Price was born November 28, 1946 to Royace and Gertrude. Judy was a member of the Gurley Free Holiness Church for over 40 years. She married the love of her life Kenneth Price Sr. on May 16, 1968. Together they had three wonderful children Paula, Christy, and Kenny. They built a happy life together. She worked for Huntsville City School System in the Child Nutrition Program for 32 years.
Judith Ann Price, 77, of Huntsville, passed away February 8, 2024 at her home surrounded by her husband, children and loved ones. She was preceded in death by father, Royace Albert Brewer; mother, Evelyn Gertrude Welker; step father, Carl Welker; sister, Linda Downer; and son, Joseph Daniel Price.
Survived by her husband, Kenneth Price, Sr.; children, Paula (Jason) Elkins, Christy Moore, Kenneth “Kenny” Price Jr.; special daughter, Roberta Morrison; grandchildren, Chasity Johnson, Aaron (Ashley) Elkins, Randy “Bubba” Moore Jr., Joshua Elkins, Kaleigh Price; great grandchild, Parker Johnson; brother, Wayne (Judy) Brewer; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Gurley Holiness Church. Services will be held at Gurley Holiness Church, Sunday at 1:00 PM with Bro. Joe Ventress, Bro. Floyd Williams, and Bro. Terry Major officiating.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Elkins, Bubba Moore, Josh Elkins, Brother Danny McAllister, Brother Ronnie Dudley, Brother Ryan Holland, and Brother Seth Holland. Honorary pallbearer will be Parker Johnson.
Interment will be in Green Valley Cemetery.
In honor of Ms. Price, those planning to attend, may wear red since this was her favorite color.
