Judith Ann Hunter “Onnie” Killian, 73, of Sheffield passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020. Burial was a Shoals Memorial Gardens on Monday, March 30, 2020.
Judy worked at Park Place in Sheffield and was a greeter at Walmart in Muscle Shoals. She attended Launch Point Church in Tuscumbia and the Assembly of God in Florence. Judy was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Vernon Craig (Ole Vern) Killian; mother, Edith Marie Pierce; father, James Henry McAlpine; sisters, Alice Carter, Millie Lundy, Doreen and Tammy; brothers, Danny Pierce and Jimmy McAlpine; and both sets of grandparents.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Vernon Heath Killian and fiancé, Angie Bennett and Steven Chad Killian and wife, Leeann Killian; granddaughters, Makayla, Hollan, Lola, and Ashlyn Killian, Sommer Kerr, Autumn Bennett, and Danielle Cole; 2 great-grandchildren, Kingston Watson and Chloe Kerr; sisters, Debbie Seahorn and husband, Danny and Sybil Kimbrough and husband, Harold; brothers, Wayne McAlpine and wife, Betsy, Dwayne McAlpine, Bruce McAlpine, Tex Pierce and wife, Stacy, and Jimmy Pierce and wife, Brenda; close friends, Nancy Joyner, Sue Richardson, Sue Cabler, and Pat Carpenter; a host of nieces, nephews, and friends; and her little furry companion, Tucker.
Pallbearers were Danny Seahorn, Glenn McCann, Chris Quaintance, James Joyner, and Mike Smallwood.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Heart Foundation, the youth at Launch Point Church, or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
