Mrs. Juanita Cornelison SharpMrs. Juanita Cornelison Sharp, age 87, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Sharp; parents, Elmer and Pansy Cornelison; sisters, Evelyn (Dewey) Manning and Gladys (Douglas) Shelton; infant sister Ruby Cornelison and unnamed infant brother.

Mrs. Sharp is survived by daughter Debbie (Mike) Ashburn; son Tim (Sella) Sharp; grandchildren,
Melissa Knight (Alex), Lydia McCullough (John), David Sharp, Mary Ellis Sharp, Courtney Hales and
Great Grandson Avery Hales; sister, Linda Paradise (Pete); Also, a host of beloved family and friends.

Juanita loved Jesus, Alton, Grandkids, Kids, family and her church.
She also loved traveling with Alton as far and as often as possible.

She was a charter member of Skyline Church of God.

In the last year of her life she dearly loved her family at Highlands Health and Rehab. They all loved her and cared for like her family. She especially loved being in the care of her precious great niece Laura Olinger at Highlands.
The Sharp family wants to express loving thanks to the whole Highlands staff.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 21st, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Skyline Church of God with Bro. Mickey Skipper, Rob Paradise, and David Sharp officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 20th, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home.
