Mrs. Joyce “Sweety” Putman, age 83, of Estillfork, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Campbell and Rev. Michael Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow at Sisk Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.
Mrs. Putman is survived by her children, Lavonda (Melvin) Dove, and Joyce (Gary) Hinshaw. 7 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; sisters, Louise Sims, Alice Sisk, and Loyce Chapman; brother, Cordell (Dean) Garrett. Several Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Putman; son, Anthony Putman; brothers, John Garrett, Jimmie Garrett, and Hardy Jr. ”Buck” Garrett.
