Joyce Sullivan Northcutt, 83 of O’Fallon, MO, passed away on February 15, 2025.
She is the widow of the late Joseph Northcutt.
Funeral services will be Friday Feb. 21, 25 at 2:00 pm at New Horizon Funeral Home. Burial will follow at McCormack Cemetery.
