Joyce Russell Barnes, 55, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at United Pentecostal Jubilee House of Prayer with burial in Sterrs Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Public viewing will be today from 2 to 6 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
