Joyce Minatra Foster, age 85, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, at Maury Regional Transitional Care Center.
Joyce was born August 17th, 1941, in Pulaski, Tennessee, to the late Herbert and Marie Russell Minatra. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Polly and her niece Wendy Robison.
She is survived by her husband of over 62 years, Charlie Foster; daughter, Lori (Tim) Lee of Columbia; son, Chuck Foster of Murfreesboro; grandsons, Jackson Lee and Connor Lee; brother Wayne Minatra of Pulaski.
Joyce was a devoted member of Church Street Church of Christ. Throughout her career, she served as an administrative assistant in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office and also worked in the CPA offices of Glenn Hardison and Michael Sullivan. She enjoyed shopping, especially for cosmetics and the latest fashion trends. One of her greatest joys was looking through photographs of family and friends, cherishing the memories they preserved and sharing those stories with others. Above all, she dearly loved her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Graveside Service will be conducted on Saturday, November 7th, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Lone Oak Cemetery with burial to follow.
