Funeral service for Joyce J. Fowler, 83, will be Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Bain and Bro. Danny Ward officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Etha Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Fowler died on Sunday, October 18, 2015. She was born February 16, 1932, in Morgan County to Richard Wesley Tapscott and Ruth A. LawrenceTapscott. She was a member of Etha Baptist Church and was formerly a Seamtress for the State of Michigan. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ollie Olan Fowler, a sister: Margie Jarrett, and her parents.
