Joyce Gray, 84, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012. Visitation will be 1-2:45 p.m. Saturday at Elkins Funeral Home. Services will be 3 p.m. at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. She was the owner of Joyce and Walter’s Place on Highway 101 South for over 20 years.
