Joyce Ann Nixon Wright, 76, of Hartselle, passed away Dec. 7, 2015. She was a loving mother and dedicated member of Pattillo Street Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Wright; and her parents, A.C. and Purnia Nixon.
She is survived by her five children, Denna Tucker (Paul C.), Robert D. Wright (Janine), Randall Wright (Ronda), Jonathan Wright (Laura Brown), Beth Merrell; one sister, Joy Fran McCoy; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Roselawn Funeral Home. The graveside service and interment will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hartselle. Reverend Bobby Powell is officiating.
Roselawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
