Mrs. Josephine Yule, age 86, of Rainsville, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Josephine grew up in Chicago, Illinois and relocated to Alabama 10 years ago. She was loved by everyone.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. A visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service.
Josephine is survived by her daughter, Shirley Ann Pfieffer; son, John Yule; grandchildren, Scott Pfieffer, Eric Pfieffer, Ashlyn Pfieffer, Brittney Guteriez, Steven Pfieffer, and Anthony Pfieffer; and numerous great-grandchildren; sisters; one brother; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Melissa Yule Horton and son-in-law, Martin Pfieffer.
