Joseph McCoy Justice, Sr., age 85 went to be with Lord on June 12, 2025, at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens.
Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his Parents-Francis Scott Justice, Sr. and Annie Belle Justice; Sister-Anna Midge Parker; Brother-Francis Justice, Jr.; his Children-Joseph (Bo) Justice, Jr., Melissa Woods and Teresa Rene Harper.
He is survived by his Wife-Jan Key Justice; Brother-Robert E. Justice; Sisters-Donna Day, Jean Jordan, Martha Watts, Libby Blue and Babs Lloyd; 10 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren.
