Joseph Clay Hill Mr. Joseph “Joe” Clay Hill, age 65, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Tri-Star Centennial Hospital in Nashville. He was born on June 27, 1960 in Fort Worth, TX and was a Christian by faith. He took great pride in truck driving and was passionate for what he did. Joe loved motorcycles, fishing, grilling, good food and good whiskey. He greatly enjoyed pranking his family and was a jokester by heart. He is preceded in death by his parents James Willard Hill and Linda Faye Tuck Hill, sister Elizabeth Ann Hill, granddaughter Cassie Maxwell, and great grandson Azlan Scott.

 

Survivors include his wife of 46 years who loved him dearly Tammy Hill, daughters Dana (Jeremy) Ensey, Amanda (Matthew) Crouch, and Crystal (Jordan) Roland, bonus daughter Madison (Brad) McKinley, 14 Grandchildren, 9 Great-Grandchildren, brothers Justin (Debbie) Hill and James Aaron (Carolyn) Hill, sister Tabitha Collins, friend who was like a brother to him Richard (Lequita) Chapman, his special pups Alayna & Sadie, and several nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral service for Joe Hill is scheduled for 12:00 P.M. Monday, February 16, 2026 in the McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Jordan Roland and Justin Hill will be the speakers. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery and Dana Ensey will be speaking at the graveside. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. and again on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 12:00 P.M.
