Joseph Jackson Manley, 85, died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014. Visitation will be Friday, Nov. 28, 2014, at Elkins East Chapel from noon-2 p.m. The service will follow in the chapel, with burial at Elmwood Cemetery in Town Creek.
