Joseph “J.C.” Clay Rogers, 54, died February 20, 2019. A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield. Clay was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
