, of Muscle Shoals, died Monday, March 16, 2015.
His funeral service will be Saturday, March 21, 2015, 11 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, Sheffield. The Reverend Carl Bright and The Reverend Deacon Tom Osborne will officiate.
Dr. Booth was a native of Mobile, AL and practiced dentistry in the shoals area for over forty years. He was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, Sigma Chi at The University of Alabama, and the Rotary Club.
He is survived by his wife of fifty two years, Jane DuPuy Booth; son, Joseph H. Booth Jr. (Sonia); daughter, Susan Booth Thornton (Greg); three grandchildren, Victoria Weaver Smith (Chase), Joshua Weaver, and Emily Grace Booth and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grace Episcopal Church.
