Joseph Franklin Fowlkes III of Chattanooga passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016. He was born in Columbia, TN on January 27, 1984 and was 31 years old.
He was a loving husband and father. He moved to Chattanooga and in 2008 started his own business, Scenic City Recycling. He enjoyed sports and was an All-State soccer player in high school at Columbia Academy.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 27th from 11:00am until 1:00pm with a memorial service following at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with David Craig officiating.
Memorial suggestions are asked to go to the Tennessee Children’s Home at P.O. Box 10 Springhill, TN.
