Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mr. Joseph E. Komlofske age 44, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Mr. Komlofske passed from this life on January 4, 2019. As a teenager, Joe attended Tullahoma High School in Coffee County where he played on the Wildcat’s Football team. He was a graduate of Colquit County High School in Moultrie Ga. He was an avid Redskins football fan, but his greatest joys were when he was at the games of his children. He was a loving husband, supportive father and a family man. He lovingly supported his children in their sports, arcade games and wrestling. On game day, you would find him at their events, with a smile on his face. He was a quiet, humble man who loved to joke. He will be greatly missed and so will his “Joe Jokes”. He was employed at Nissan Training Corp in quality control. Joe was a member of The Pentecostals of Murfreesboro Church and was a friend to many. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Tatum Carter Komlofske; daughter, Haven Carter; son, Connor Komlofske; brother, Jermiah (Norma) Komlofske; grandmother, Mildred Sherman, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended church family and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Jeannie Lynn Sherman. The family will receive friends on Friday January 11, 2019 from 10-12 with the funeral service starting at 12 noon. The service will be conducted from the sanctuary of the Pentecostals of Murfreesboro Church at 1800 New Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN. Pastor Kevin Allen will be officiating. Interment will be at Watson-North Memorial Park with friends and family serving as pallbearers. Online condolences may be shared at www.watsonnorth.com
