Joseph Brinkley “Brink” Norton, 51, formerly of Florence, died Monday, July 13, 2015. Visitation will be 12:30-2 p.m. Friday at Elkins Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the son of Bert Norton.
