Funeral services for Joseph Brian “Joe” Willingham, 84 of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 3rd, 2014 at Cullman Church of Christ, Minister Mike Waters officiating with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.

Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Willingham passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at his residence. He was born July 12, 1929 to William Robert and Ella Davis Willingham. He was a long time member of the Church of Christ at Baldwin and was the founder and owner of Willingham Salvage.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby Willingham, Buddy Willingham, Olen Willingham, Red Willingham; a sister, Orville Willingham.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Violet Willingham; two sons, Tony (Pam) Willingham, Dan (Elaine) Willingham; three daughters, Linda Willingham (Billy) Parrish, Karen Willingham (Kent) Gable, Terri Willingham (Dave) Thomas; sisters, Mary Conn, Nell Clemmons, Patty (Russell) Lombardo; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a host of family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, in memory of Joe Willingham and in honor of his grandson, Trent Parrish and his great nephew, Crew Pettus, please make donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation, 200 Cahaba Park Circle West, Suite # 114, Birmingham, Alabama 35242, 1-205-870-8565.

Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-9 p.m. in the worship center of Cullman Church of Christ.
