Mr. Joseph “Andy” Russell, 44, of Decatur, died June 5, 2013. Funeral service will be June 10, 2013, at 4 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
