Funeral service for Jordan Keith Grisham, age 21, of Decatur, will be Saturday, May 30, 2015, 12:00 p.m. at Westmeade Baptist Church with Bro. Scotty Hogan officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 29, 2015, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in Shaw Cemetery in Colbert County.
Jordan, who passed on to Heaven on Sunday, May 24, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital, was born October 22, 1993, in Decatur, to Daryl Grisham and Kathy Crosswhite Grisham. He was preceded in death by his grandfather. Z. P. Grisham.
He is survived by his parents, Daryl and Kathy Grisham of Decatur; one sister, April Grisham of Pulaski, TN; one nephew, Jackson Grisham of Pulaski, TN; one brother, Stacey Grisham (and wife, Laura, and her daughter, Kalin) of North Carolina; grandparents, Ovie and Nadine Crosswhite of Leighton, and Reba Grisham of Town Creek; and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Grant Richardson, Preston “PJ” Keen, Joel Britnell, Jeremy Stewart, Josh Daniell, and Justin McAlpin. Honorary pallbearer will be Dalton Crosley.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Ronald McDonald House in Houston, TX, Summit Church of Bennington, VT, or Noah’s Light Foundation (www.noahslightfoundation.org).
