Joint Investigation In Jackson County Nets Arrest On Drug Charges

SCOTTSBORO-On Friday April1, 2022, a joint investigation conducted by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Scottsboro Police Department, Skyline Police Department, and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) Region F Drug Task Force culminated in the execution of a search warrant  on West Willow Street in Scottsboro, Alabama. During the course of this search, Investigators located approximately 50 grams of methamphetamine, 10.5 grams of crack cocaine, 12.3 grams of marijuana and approximately 1/2 gram of suspected heroin and $3270 in US currency.

Additionally Investigators located various items of drug paraphernalia including bongs, digital scales, pipes, and baggies, which are indicative of drug sales.  Present at the residence during this search was Angel Brite STEWART age 33 of Scottsboro, Alabama who was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Distribute Crack Cocaine, Possession of Controlled Substances Heroin and Possession of Marijuana 2nd.

Stewart remains in the Jackson County Jail and Bond on a $43,500.00 Bond.
